  REVIEW:

Spider-Man 3 proves once and for all that there is indeed a hero in each of us, that justice will prevail, and that Topher Grace and Toby Maguire – actually NOT the same person!

Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst are back in the thrilling and action packed sequel to Spiderman and Spiderman 2. Peter and Mary Jane are finally together. That is until Peter's exploding ego starts to drive Mary Jane away. Not only is his ego a problem, but being that he has to go off and save people, they don't see much of each other. Things get worse when Peter's world is rocked when he's told the man that really killed his uncle is on the loose. Peter becomes obsessed with vengeance, so much so that he begins to turn to the dark side. The love he and Mary Jane have might not be enough to save him. He has to find the strength inside himself to battle the evil forces raging inside him.

When a Hollywood studio puts the biggest budget EVER behind a project, you expect great things.  And, well . . . this is money well spent!  Spider-Man 3 has all the action, all the villains, all the special effects worthy of the leading superhero franchise.  And with its thoughtful storyline and complex characters, Spider-Man 3 becomes the total package.  Sure, we’re still talking comic book characters here, so there are a few instances where it pushes that fine line between serious and silly.  But, if you’re willing to step into this kooky, colorful cartoon world, then the movie provides quite a ride . . . with a trusty web to catch you if you fall!
